Blairs is without a doubt one of the finest restaurants in Aberdeen making Ardoe House not just a destination for hotel guests but locals alike, our ala carte menus explore the very best of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire produce skilfully executed by our team of Chefs to ensure that your meal becomes an experience whether for a special occasion, business dinner or simply a quiet night out for two you just need to find an excuse to reserve a table.

SOAPIES BRASSERIE TEA
A long-held secret haunt of culinary-minded locals, the team at Soapie’s offer a welcome as warm as the crackling fire. It’s a relaxed retreat, offering stunning brasserie-style food. They pride themselves on giving cocktail classics an Ardoe twist with concoctions involving such aromatic delights as mandarin marmalade, earl grey tea and lemongrass.
Food is served: 11am-10pm
